How does the refund policy work?

We do not accept returns for cash. If we conclude a product is defective, we may exchange the product for the same of a fair market value product, only at our discretion.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by cash or debit card. (Debit cards come with a $3.50 transaction fee from the merchant.)

What type of ID do I need to enter the dispensary?

Valid forms of ID include a U.S. I.D. card, state-issued driver’s license, or passport, U.S. Armed Forces and Merchant Marine I.D. cards, MA liquor cards, and ID card issued from any Canadian province.

Am I allowed to carry a weapon on premises?

Under no circumstances you are NOT allowed to bring any weapon into the dispensary. If found with a weapon, you will immediately be asked to leave by management.

Can I smoke or vape inside the dispensary?

We ask that customers please do NOT smoke or consume in the facility after purchase. Please proceed to consume your cannabis at lawfully authorized locations outside of the dispensary.

Can you loiter outside the store after purchase?

To reduce clutter of individuals on the sales floor, we encourage customers to proceed to their destination after purchasing from the dispensary.

How do I place an order online or via phone?

You can call us directly for assistance with how to place an order over the phone. For online ordering, you can go to our website and navigate to our menu.

What's the daily purchase limit?

The daily purchase limit in Massachusetts is 28g of flower or 5g of concentrates or 500mg of edibles or 5,000mg of tincture. There’s math the system does when you buy something from each category where 1g of concentrate equals 5.6g of flower.
