HOW DOES THE REFUND POLICY WORK?

We do not accept cannabis product returns for cash. If we conclude a product is defective, we may exchange the product for the same of a fair market value product, only at our discretion.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payment by cash or debit card. (Debit cards come with a $3.50 transaction fee from the merchant.)

What type of ID do I need to enter the dispensary?

Valid forms of ID include a U.S. I.D. card, state-issued driver’s license, or passport, U.S. Armed Forces and Merchant Marine I.D. cards, MA liquor cards, and ID card issued from any Canadian province.

Am I allowed to carry a weapon on premises?

Under no circumstances you are NOT allowed to bring any weapon into the dispensary. If found with a weapon, you will immediately be asked to leave by management.

CAN I SMOKE OR VAPE INSIDE THE DISPENSARY?

We ask that customers please do NOT smoke or consume in the facility after purchase. Please proceed to consume your cannabis at lawfully authorized locations outside of the dispensary.

WHAT'S THE DAILY PURCHASE LIMIT?

The daily purchase limit in Massachusetts is 28g of flower or 5g of concentrates or 500mg of edibles or 5,000mg of tincture. There’s math the system does when you buy something from each category where 1g of concentrate equals 5.6g of flower.

Can you loiter outside the store after purchase?

To reduce clutter of individuals on the sales floor, we encourage customers to proceed to their destination after purchasing from the dispensary.

Does your dispensary sell full ounces?

Yes we do. You can find our selection here.

Why do dispensaries close so early?

Some dispensaries do close at 9 or 10pm but that is mostly the time they close due in part to town regulations. Some dispensaries outside of MA are 24 hours.

Why do dispensaries only use cash?

Some dispensaries only accept cash because it allows them to avoid paying card fees to card transaction providers.

Is your dispensary cash only?

We accept cash and debit. We also offer ATM services on site.

You can find directions to our dispensary here to determine distance from your currently location.

What dispensaries near me deliver cannabis?

We currently do not provide delivery service, however we recommend Rolling Leaf for home delivery.

When does your dispensary open and close?

Our dispensary is open seven days a week from 10am to 8pm.

Is your dispensary new?

Our dispensary opened for recreational cannabis sales on April 13, 2023.

Are dispensaries cheaper than dealers?

Some dispensaries have pricing that competes with the so called “black market” prices.

Are there any 24 hour cannabis dispensaries?

Not in MA.

Does your dispensary accept Apple Pay?

We DO NOT accept Apple Pay.

Can I go into a dispensary without an ID card?

It is required by law when entering a MA dispensary that all persons must have an official ID that indicates they are older than 21 years old.
