She was so welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable, and she took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident in my choices. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed, which I really appreciated as a first-timer. Joceline truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and hoping to work with her again!
